Leadership/Staff Development

 

Haven Care Group have developed a unique induction and personal development programme for each successful individual employee. This level of support and development begins at the start of interview and allows us to support every member of our teams development from the onset of their career with us.  Through regular supervision, training, support and reflective practice all our staff our empowered to support each young person in our care. Each employees progress is measured to ensure the correct level of support and performance is being achieved at all times. Each role within the company has a bespoke training package designed which also includes access to vocational qualifications to ensure effective performance and development. Our overall aim and objectives are to support and develop our staff  to achieve their own individual goals and seek long term careers alongside us.
